I am a student. I've also tried StudentCampus, were they can sell at $280. I was wondering if anyone else was gotten a cheaper price? I would prefer if the buy would be legal. Thanks

i want to make the pic black and white (which i know how) but i need help with making part of it color?? help??

ex. i took a pic of myself with blowing a bubble from bubblegum, and i made the whole pic black and white, but i want to keep the bubble pink, help???

I currently have a laptop that has vista home premium on it with alot of expensive software and alot of important files on it, I am going to upgrade to windows vista ultimate 32bit (the full retail version) just because it was given to me. How do i do this? I have norton ghost 12.0 and i made a shadow copy of my hardrive on an external hardrive so what would i do next? will installing the new OS erase all my programs and files on my laptop hardrive if so will i have to reinstall them from my shadow copy on my external hardrive? I was going to do a clean install of vista ultimate just so you know!

i go on to the antivirus thing and click run a scan or something like that and sometimes ill let it run for an hour but it would either scan only 5 things or 0 things

I just want the first box, not the second, but only for that layer, like, I want the box for the layer above the one I circled, but not for any other ones, so how do I get rid of that.

When I visit websites that ask me to down load stuff, it makes my computer super slow, and I need to know how to erase the loaded stuff on my computer because it is driving my Mom CRAZY! Please help.

I'm starting a new job next week in which I will be going through a company's MS Excel and MS Word files and making little changes to them for a new project. I'll be working from home on my computer and also from the office at my job, using a flash drive to get the documents and spreadsheets back and forth from work and home.

Problem: My home computer does not have MS Office, but instead has Open Office.

Now I've heard the two are compatible with very slight differences, but for the work I'm doing I need to know exactly what kind of differences there will be and if it will affect the documents and spreadsheets I'm working with.

Because if I make mistakes, then I don't get paid, and that's the real problem.

I need to know what to do to transfer the files between the different software and make this work.

I'm using excel 2003.
In column a, b, and c, I have a series of words. How do I have column d be a summation of all the words. I don't want to merge the cells as I need the original data.

eg column a - this
column b - is
column c - a test today

output in column d would be
this is a test today

Okay all you Windows Vista haters are shallow!! I got vista 3 days ago and I can say that vista is ALOT better than windows XP. Most people that try vista have **** computers and i am so annoyed everyone slates vista when its FAST, SECURE and alot more stable than XP which is one of the things which alot of people slate about XP. Come on people start to see the good things im just so annoyed you all state it! give it a chance because you will be suprised if you have not used it..

However i must say before these recent updates there was ALOT of errors but now its the best thing ive know!!

Everytime I try to use the lasso tool to crop a part of the image, it turns out shakey. Ive tryed tooking up tutitorials but nothing turned up. Perhaps there is some other way of using this method of the program?

In excel, when the contents of the cell is more then what the cell can hold, if the adjacent cell is empty, the data will spill to the right.

I know there is a way to disable this feature, but can't seem to find it.

Would someone be able to assist. I'm not looking to shrink the text or fit over two lines, just disable this feature.

I'm a simple user of computer where games are less important for me than cool applications such as those provided to make websites and organize and edit your music and photography, although i like style, design and creative color like in Windows and not always gray like in Mac, but some mac software works more smoothly. I have a restricted budget and I need to decide before the next school year begins, between Vista and Leopard, between a lap- or desktop.
