In theory, you could create an emulator to do this, but it would run slow. I don't why anyone would do this and I don't know of any emulator or virtual machine that will run a 64-bit OS on a 32-bit processor.

Maybe someone else has heard of software that would do this. Are you thinking of a Windows operating system?

There is absolutely no way. Sorry. I suppose if you purchased a whopper graphics card you would be able to handle it on your computer, but it wouldn't launch.
