After visiting a crappy website{Like runescape} I do you delete the memory space it takes up?

I'll explain:
When I visit websites that ask me to down load stuff, it makes my computer super slow, and I need to know how to erase the loaded stuff on my computer because it is driving my Mom CRAZY! Please help.

empty the cache/ download folder
get yourself a little piece of software called crap cleaner

(it's a freeware)

if that doesnt help, try restarting your comp

and dont go to crappy websites :)

Use the built in Disk Cleanup utility.

Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Disk Cleanup

Choose C:

Check the boxes for all the areas you want cleaned, especially temp and temporary internet files.
