I have Vista, Is there a way of accessing your old XP stuff?

Do you mean the stuff is on a hard drive on a different computer? I think there is a file transfer wizards in XP (Files and Settings Transfer Wizard) and Vista (Windows Easy Transfer) to get stuff (programs and settings and documents) off of an old computer onto a new one.
