I am trying to cookie cut someones face out of a picture and then fade the picture into a background of clouds. The problems I am running into are: when I cut out the face it is a littlw choppy (squared off) and then I do not know how to fade the picture of the person into the background picture so it all looks smooth together. Any advice?

For example on RealPayer or WMP I can pause the video to the image I want... how do I make that image into a picture?

I have a video where a historic family picture is shown... I have no access to the actual picture so having a way to turn the paused or still image into a jpeg or other format picture is the only way I see to have this picture. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP.

I'm creating an SOP (Standard Operations and Procedures) Book for our company and have the info I need just need to organize it and make it look nice - I have the info, just don't want to retype it all - I also need to know a program to create it in, one that will organize page numbers accordingly as new info is inserted in the book in different section - any suggestions are appreciated

i use genie backup manager, and it is the first time i try to back up my files. After a looong day waiting, the back up job has finished but i don't understand how i can restore. Basically i know how, but the program would not recognize the file saved on the disk. (it is saved as .C000, .C001 etc) It is supposed to be .gbp but it won't let me change it.. any suggestions or anyone familiar with the program? :/

I can do it easily in Gimp, and I can do it easily in Paintshop Pro. I haven't discovered how to do it in Photoshop, and I can't decipher their danged help files. Would someone puhleeze tell me, in simple steps, how to select a rectangle's worth of a graphic in Photoshop? (Preferably, a rectangle whose sides or corner I may drag to adjust it, as one may do with the "crop" tool!) And p.s., I'm tired as heck of using the danged polygon draw!

I have two of these from my Husbands closed office. One is open but looks perfect. The other one is still intact from the store.

It says Windows 95 Compatible.

Are these worth selliing and about how much.? I tried a search and they seemed to run from about $50 to $110.
It says Combo RJ45 & BNC.

HELP PLEASE. Otherwise I will just give them away through
Freecycle.org.

is there a program/application that could enhance photo pixel
example:
like the ones that is used in the movie that enhance survelance camera photo.
for enstance in the movie the man is holding a paper with a letter on it then the FBI/CIA will enchance the photo so they can read the letter.
help me plz because I have emportant events photo from my old phone and a major enhancement would be greatly appreciated
