on windows word xp how to make reverse order on the pajes on docs?

i do my diary on word (not exele) now i have a few i want the bottom one at the top is there a way to reverse them like you can do when printing.. many thanks

Click File, Print, select Optoins Tab, towards the top on the right is a box 'select reverse order' click on the box, select ok, ok and it should work, BOL.

It depends how the data is organised. If it is organised in columns e.g. by date and then a memo-style field that contains your diary text then you may be able to sort the data in reverse order.
