Anyone know a software which allows me to play computer games without the CDs?

I know it's illegal and I've heard that you hurt the music company when you download music illegally. How though? I mean....I haven't heard of an expalnantion.......and how does it hurt the musician..do they lose money or what?

I just want to remove the sound from my movie clip, so it plays the movie on mute, no turning speakers off isn't an option. Anyway of doing it, any free software that does it? Thanks.

It's not where I thought it would be which is Docs and Settings / User / Application Data / Mozilla / Firefox/Profiles / ???.Default / Cache - there is no folder called cache.

If I do a full search of the hard-drive for a specific file it doesn't find it but Firefox is retreiving files from somewhere.

I am planning on buying Sony Vegas Movie Studio Platinum and DVD Architect. it comes as a bundle, but I was wondering: can each program be put onto different machines? For example, I would have DVD Architect on my computer, while my friend had the Vegas Movie Studio on his. Is it possible to do this? Can you run each program on diffenrt machines at the same time?

Ok I feel like a real moron. But when copying files didn't there used to be an option for renaming them if a file already had the same name?

I changed the background on my desktop. Now I need to change the text labels under the icons because I can't read them. I have Windows XP home Edition. How do I do this????? I have gone to Display, Apperance, Advanced but find no place to edit the text color.

3. Save it
4. Close it.
5. Open it.
6. You will see changes... lol
