I have windows media center 2005.... when i shutdown, it doesn't look like the XP shutdown...it looks like the old shutdown and it's really bothering me...can anyone help?

When I enter a value in a cell in excel say I put 1 and press enter the number displayed in the cell is not 1 but it is 0.01 the problem does not got solved even if I open a new workbook... Pls help
the number format all is O.K if there is any default setting in windows Xp which result in so..

i'm using ePDF converter and creator,i wrote my book in Microsoft Word,i can add links but only full links suck as: http://www.yahoo.com,so i can click on it when converting to pdf
but if i create hyperlink suck as: Click Here(link inserted in it in microsoft word),i can't click in Click Here word,its not clickable,so how can i create text link or hyperlinks plz?

im trying to install/upgrade my windows xp i have on my pc to windows xp home edition. i am new to this and when i follow the directions and run the cd i get an error. do i have to delete the windows addition on my pc first? can someone walk me through this please. i think i have windows xp professional on my pc now im not sure tho.

Which desktop computers are better? Microsoft or Macintosh? In General, like speed, security, usability, and stability. My friend thinks Microsoft is better in every way (He's never used a Macintosh before...) and that Macintosh is stupid because it has one button, a different desktop design then Microsoft, and is expensive and everyone should switch to Microsoft (Which a lot of people are using right now...)

Though he is a good friend, his opinions I HATE the most... Particularly this one...

I have the xp cd and the key. I'm afraid to lose all my drivers. I don't know where to find the drivers at so I can install them again once I get xp installed. When I first open wmp, its fine but after a while, the task manager says the cpu usage is 100%. I have wmp10. I tried wmp11 but its the same problem and i dont like it either. I did a thorough virus scan and found nothing. How can i fix?
