Is there any sites where i can download a professional paint program for free??

As far as a "professional" paint program, they don't come free, at least not legally.

However, the links below are all totally free programs of varying capability, some of them very good! Try a few and see which suit your needs!

As suggested The GIMP (GNU Image Manipulator Program) is a great, free MS Paint alternative.

Also check into Paint.NET. Not quite as nice as The GIMP (IMO), but still useful in it's own right.
