is there a free program that you can use or download that allows you to add specail effects to your homemade video and that is spyware free.please tell me??

There are various programs that can add special effects to video. If you have the cash, you could get EffectsLab from FXhome. Or, you could get Adobe Premiere. Both are good software for this.
