How do you erase the tool bar history in IE7?

I have no idea how to do this and it annoys me that the computer tries to autocomplete everything I try to type...

Ideas, menu routes, anything!

tools internet option and in the middle of the page there is a tab to delete the history and more..
also if you want to turn the auto complete off, get back into tools, internet options and select the content tab. you'll see AutoComplete. click on settings and you can turn it off.
the tools tab is at the top of the screen in the tool bar. should be on the upper left of the screen.
