Driver : This is a software tool that acts as a bridge between your Operating system and the hardware device. THis software let you OS know how to operate the hardware device(in your case the nVidia 5200 device). Upgrading the driver will improve the graphics performance.

BIOS : THe Basic Input and Output System. This is the software written in the device chip itself. This is OS independent. Upgrading the BIOS will reduces any manufacturing bugs in the device.

HTML - Hyper Text Markup Language. This is a language used to create web pages just like the page you r currently reading.

Recommendations:
If a new driver is released update to the new driver
If you don have any problem with you device dont update its BIOS

For latest driver visit : http://www.nVidia.com

Driver: a software component that allows a piece of hardware to communicate successfully to your computer. nVidia uses ForceWare as a central driver for all of it's newer video cards. Upgrading drivers usually fixes glitches or improves performance, but usually not as drastically as the surrounding hardware (PC Memory, Processor, etc.)

BIOS: Stands for Basic Input Output System, also referred to as a CMOS (which refers to the power/memory system used to keep the BIOS active even when the PC is off). It's the part of the computer that activates on Power-On to test components before booting the system. In BIOS Settings (which is reached by pressing a key during startup, usually DEL, F10 or some combination while your PC logo is visible) you can edit settings your video card will require to work properly. This has nothing to do with Windows and everything to do with your PC and it's manufacturer: you're changing the motherboard settings essentially to get your video card to work or work better.

HTML: the language to write webpages. I don't know what HTML would directly have to do with the hardware setup of your card, perhaps you have more info? (I'm 2 for 2 so far, thought I was on a roll.)
