I know this is probably real simple! BUT how do I copy my home video (Sony DVD-RW) to my computer so that I can edit it windows movie maker?

I have 2 date columns.. A & B. I want to write a formula that will add 3 workdays to column A:

For example, A1 = 2/8/2007
B1 = (a1 + 3 workdays) so it would be 2/12/2007 (not 2/11/07 because that is sunday)

I can't seem to come up with the right formula. Any help is greatly appreciated!

My sister has a virus on her computer and I want to reformat her harddrive and reinstall Windows XP.

When I go to boot from CD I get the screen where I can chose to Install Windows XP or Repair the current version. I hit R for repair and get to another screen which asks me which installation I want to repair. I select 1 for C:\WINDOWS.

After that it asks me for the administrator password, and it is not my sister's password. We tried that, we tried leaving it blank for the default, and nothing is working.

Is there an ACTUAL way around this? If my sister's (computer administrator) password does not work - who's password would it be?!

I'm very confused and frustrated - PLEASE HELP.

I have a file (.mdb) that I want to work on from home, but I only have Open Office Base. If I work on it, will it play nicely with MS Access when I get back to the office tomorrow? I'd likely need to convert it to .mdb for the long run too, if possible.

I mean tell me some reasons. I see no geek use. It's to simple, any one can use it. I can see if you play alot of PC games, It has better graphics. This to me seems like something than an IT guy would give to someone who has BAD understanding of how to use a computer.
But no hype for geeks! It looks to me like XP with eyecandy (lots of it).

I turned on my home pc yesterday and got first ~ the safe mode, etc screen asking what I want to do. I clicked start up normally and tried previous configuration settings. Both times I got a blue screen saying Cannot load file:systemroot\system32\config\software.It is corrupt, absent, or not writable. Beginning dump of physical memory. Physical memory dump complete. Contact your system administrator or technical support group for further assistance.!!! That does NOT sound good. The day before the pc was fine?? Who do I call?? I tried to call DELL & after waiting for a person for 40 minutes, I had to hang up!! Is this something someone can help me with by telling me here what to do?? I am at a total loss & freaking out!!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!! THANK YOU !!!!
P.S. Is this as bad as it sounds? Is it something I did to the pc?

Thanks for earlier answers. I realize both GoToMyPc & traditional Routing and Remote Access setup using VPN achieve the same purpose. However, we have some apps on a Citrix server & some apps on standalone PCs. Seems to me that Gotomypc offers out-of-the-box functionality for a very low cost. Besides costs, are there any advantages to not using gotomypc or like service - such as more secure or easier setup? thanks again
