I've been trying to place high res photos on my lay-out with pagemaker but when I paste it it looks pixelized in both large or small form. How do I fix this?

I just downloaded the new adobe reader 8 to read the new issue of playboy, i had to download it coz it said that the file is secured and could be opened by a newer version of adobe.

But the thing is that it's way too slow, it takes like 15 seconds to switch to the page following.

Does anyone knw how i might improve this ?!

In Windows Media Player 10 when I try to play a DVD it plays it about a sixth of the proper size, or sometimes it's all grey lines (like on a TV when you have no channel tuned in). It did this before (although before then it used to play them OK), but even after re-installing Windows XP from scratch (re-installed for different reasons) it still does it. I have tried all sorts of things with the settings & display settings etc, makes no difference. I am a very experienced Windows user, but can't figure this out. Any ideas?

There are a number of installation files downloaded. Should I run the setup icon and modify them? Should I put them on a local harddrive? Should i include subfeatures? With I'm a bit confused because I thought I had already installed them!

I am currently using 4teams task yahoo widget. It integrates with outlook and takes forever to load. I've heard backpack and google calendar are nice.

I want a to do list on my desktop, I want it to be kinda like the widget I have now, I want to be able to list items by priority, due dates are a nice feature, but I could live without them.

Perhaps even be able to add a small description with each task, or a place to keep notes.

have you seen fliers that advertise a business and at the bottom are little strips of paper that give the name and # of the person to call in order to find out more info. i have made my flier but need to make the strips of paper but i dont know how to do it. can u even do this on word works processor? thanks for your help. can u tell me how to do this?
