I had a problem and I called the engineers. I had to uninstall it. Then go to the Apple site and download it for free. If you type in itunes download in Google you will come up with the apple sites and I think its the 2nd one where you can download Itunes 7.0.

To uninstall it go to START then CONTROL PANEL go to ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS then a list will come up GET RID OF ALL ITUNES BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD YOUR NEW ONE.
Good luck.

Try rebooting. If that doesn't work, try system restore. If that doesn't work remember that if you decide to jump off the Empire State building, it isn't the fall that kills you, but the sudden stop at the end.
