Draw Plus is a free programme although a bit old is very good.
You might also find a copy of Serif Page Plus which is a web/document publisher, Version 11 is out which you have to pay for, but older versions are free. Try looking at PC magazines that provide cover DVD's as some of these have provided this program free.
