I have albums that I saved into real one but I now use i-tunes and have found that I cant transfer the files accross to i-tunes because they are in realplayer, is there any kind of free softwear that could convert these files?

Try avs video converter you can get a free version or pay about £21 for a full version, put avs video tool in your serch box and that will take you to the site,

If you go to any music file on your Samsung files and right click on it and look at the properties you can find the file directory e.g. (Austin/samsung/music/name of song) go to your c drive/hard drive and look for the directory or just search for the file. When you find the folder with all the music in it just drag it to WMP.
