i have no clue about this process so a detailed step by step would really help i need free programs to download and how to actully make copies!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!

they arent free...they are illegal and if you must get a hack, the local swap meet is where to go...be careful distributing copies..you can get into LOTS of trouble.

When you buy a computer with DVD Burner some DVD Burner software would be already installed on the System.
He might also give you a CD/DVD with the software.
If you didnt get any go to the DVD Writers vendors Website and download.
If you have windows xp on your system you dont need any software to write a CD/DVD.
Just copy them to the DVD Writer which is shown in mycomputer.
Once copied right click the DVD Writer and select Write DVD/CD.
You can also download freeware CD Writing softwares from the internet.
go to www.download.com and search for cd writing and filter the list with free softwares.

First you will need to rip the dvd - make a copy of it to your hard disk, and then use it to burn on a dvd.
