how do i disable hyphens (hyphenation) in QuarkXPress?

Help section instruction seems to be complicated.

OK, in Quark 6.5.
Go to "EDIT" and pull down to "H&Js".
A window shows up showing what H&Js (hyphenation and justification) are in the current document.
Select the H&S setting you want to change/correct, and click "EDIT".
In the upper left is an option to turn off or turn on "AUTO HYPHENATION".

Thats it, youre done.
