From which version did you come?
If you came from WMP1o and upgraded to 11...
it is a bit difficult.
If you did not delete the template uninstallation files in Windows director things would for you be easy.
Go to ControlPanel --> Add/RemovePrograms
at the top of the list, select the ShowUpdates check box and uninstall the newer version/update.
In the second confirmation dialog box that appears, select the Do you want to continue with the rollback? check box, and then click OK.
After this uninstall process is complete (it might take several minutes to complete), click Restart.
Cheers!

You can't degrade it but you can restore. It depends since when you upgraded. If it is less than 2 weeks then it will do. Just look for system restore and choose the day before you upgraded and everything will be restored. It is like a major undo.

If you still have the software disks that came with your system it should be in there. If not go to Microsoft.com and they should have it.
