ok go to www.download.com and search for a program named Windows Blinds. u may find it from searching through google also.its a program where u can download to .wba files which is the extension of a theme.its really cool and fun . u can search for themes on Limewire or any p2p program bu putting '' .wba '' without quotes in the search box.or search for windows blinds themes on google. gluck
