Like someone else said download software like Serif Drawplus, or Corel Draw 12 (recom) but don't download silly trial versions, just install a file-sharing software like emule (filedonkey)(also FREE) & download full versions inc serial codes... for FREE!!
Just do a yahoo search for emule, v47c (latest)

Like somebody else reported get carry of application like Serif Drawplus, or Corel Draw 12 (recom) yet do no longer get carry of stupid trial variations, purely deploy a report-sharing application like emule (filedonkey)(additionally loose) & get carry of finished variations inc serial codes... for loose!! do purely a yahoo seek for emule, v47c (recent)

Inkscape is a opensource design program (kinda like illustrator). go to inkscape.org to download.
I need practice (I'm a design student), and I might be willing to do it for free or very cheap (depending on how much time it would take to finish it) to build up my portfolio. email me at: art_portraits@yahoo.com with details if you are interested.
