photo software?

Is there a software that will allow my clients to upload their pictures to my website? I am in real estate and I need my clients to upload their pictures of their homes without my assistance.

1)setup a ftp server, you need a static ip address.
or
2)have them email them to you zipped with an encrypted password
or
3) use xdrive, may have sharing ??? xdrive.com
