can any one tell me how to change my ip adress in a simple free way every thing on here so far seems to cost money also how to delete cookies many thanks in advance

I got a used computer and I just got it running tonight. I downloaded the yahoo Norton 360 security on it. I got a prompt that the McAfee needs to be reinstalled or something like that. Now my computer is totally frozen!!!!!!!! HELP!!! What can I do????

I have an outdated version of Mcafee on my Comp. I was planning on getting Avast but I don't want to delete McAfee off my computer. I was wondering if they'd conflict with eachother if I have them both. A few said they would, but a couple said they did the same or similar thing and it still worked fine.

Help!

I have AVG 7.5 free edition. An answer on YA suggested getting Spybot for free to back this up. Having gone through the process to get this they are now asking me to register and pay for them to protect my PC. Have I logged into the wrong site?
As an internet learner, your advice would be appreciated.

i uninstalled Norton but parts of it have stayed, but i now hear that it is a common problem with some of the Norton internet security versions.
Anyway does any one know how i can get rid of the left over components of the program.

if you think Norton is good you must be one of the few people
because I’ve mostly heard bad things.

My computer keeps freezing for no reason. For the past three days every game I play freezes, every dvd will freeze, and even firefox and explorer will freeze and not respond. What gives? I have 72% free and everything has been defragmented.

hello
my avg virus proctection is "supposebly" out of date.this is what it says :"AVG 7.5.503 reports that it might be out of date" and when i click on the red bubble on the lower right corner of my screen,it says: firewall: ON
automatic updates: ON
virus protection: OUT OF DATE

do i have to download AVG again ?
or replace it...

Up until a few days ago, I listened to live365 almost every day. A couple of days ago, it quit working on my computer. I can log in and navigate to my favorites, but I can't open a station page or listen to audio. When I click on the speaker to listen, half the time the window pops up but doesn't finish loading, the other half of the time I get an "undefined" message. I've tried changing my Norton and toolbars pop up settings, and everything else live365's help page suggests but it doesn't work. I've tried adjusting my listening speed on their site and updating to IE7. My computer caught a virus the other day and this is about when it started acting up. But Norton caught it a minute or two after the warning popped up, and both youtube and rhapsody still work, along with every other website I've been on since. Since live365 hasn't responded to my e-mail, I was hoping someone on here would know what to do.

Can someone direct me to a virus protection program with a free trial where you don't have to enter personal information? My computer takes up to ten minutes to load, has numerous malicious programs on it, and I'm getting so many pop-ups that it's unbelievable. I need to eliminate them.
