Up until a few days ago, I listened to live365 almost every day. A couple of days ago, it quit working on my computer. I can log in and navigate to my favorites, but I can't open a station page or listen to audio. When I click on the speaker to listen, half the time the window pops up but doesn't finish loading, the other half of the time I get an "undefined" message. I've tried changing my Norton and toolbars pop up settings, and everything else live365's help page suggests but it doesn't work. I've tried adjusting my listening speed on their site and updating to IE7. My computer caught a virus the other day and this is about when it started acting up. But Norton caught it a minute or two after the warning popped up, and both youtube and rhapsody still work, along with every other website I've been on since. Since live365 hasn't responded to my e-mail, I was hoping someone on here would know what to do.
Thanks in advance.

I posted a question a couple of days ago with the www.live365.com link asking if it opened for anyone else and it played for everyone who tried it.

The first thing I would suggest to you is to make sure that your Norton is intact.
By that I mean... make sure you have a complete installation of Norton (antivirus, firewall, antispyware, etc.. like the 360)... and make sure your program is completely up to date with the latest updates.. run it manually and reboot a few times until you are absolutely sure.. then, close out of ALL programs (aside from norton) and run a complete system scan.

Double check your results by going to the symantec.com site and run their web based scan as well.

Also, check that you have all windows updates installed.. especially for IE.

If you do all of this and do not find any problems.. then you may have a configuration problem that can be corrected by the repair of IE or reinstalling it.

If you do all of this and you find problems then you will have to correct those issues and hope they sort out the problem.. it's possible that your infection corrupted something and then you will either have to repair it or find a reliable and qualified technician to correct it.. or you risk losing data loss.

Good Luck

Hi, I have no trouble with live365. Perhaps there are still fragments left from the virus that you had in your system and this is the cause of the problem. There is a software that has no conflict with your own antivirus/antispyware that will find what all other miss. Superantispyware.com Plus you will get auto. updates daily. Download the free version and perform an indepth scan.

If something is found the software will clean. And I suggest that you reboot after. Hope this will work for you.
