Should I remove them?
Are they dangerous?

My laptop is working fine so I'm not sure if I should remove them because I don't want to mess up my laptop :/
Thanks

That location is your browsers cache...

I would absolutely recommend you get rid of them. I am actually pretty shocked that you even have to ask whether or not to get rid of something that clearly states it is malware... but then again you have chosen to use freeware for security after what appears to be a rather lengthy period without.

Hopefully you will invest in a proper security suite that not only includes antivirus but one that includes firewall, antispyware, etc... from a reliable vendor. Freeware only gets you so far (you get what you pay for) and antivirus doesn't cover all malware.

As for your laptop working fine... you laptop will work great as your credit card information is stolen... why would anyone ant to deny service to your laptop when they are probably getting a wealth of information from you as well as being able to use your bandwidth whenever they want and perform attacks on others from your system?

Good Luck

Get rid of this crap as soon as possible. I use a Norton Anti Virus and a good registry cleaner like Regcure.

That is a link and is not part of your operating system. Remove, it with your free AVG.
