Ok the Deal is I was told I won money I have seen alot of these kind of scam the only thing here is ther not asking alot of information. I just don't know what to think I looked up the service that they told me to contact it is lagtimat but I have no idea follow this or leave it alone????

wen i log on to net i get hundreds of meesages from norton saying e mail i sent has been blocked cos it is spam but i havent sent any i have heard that other pcs can use yours as a rougue one to send out spam how do i stop it and remove it

Hi friends.....i am so embarassed with the unwanted advertisements and websites which are opened with each click.I am frustrated with these and sometimes my cmputer hangs up due to these unwanted ads....like some bank ads or some porn ads.I have followed every setting but i don't know how to prevent my comp from these sites..kindly help...
i am using bsnl broadband and i am in india.

Friends...I had asked u the same question mentioned above before 5 days.I got many good answers but, nothing could help me compleately.here the most helped answer.''Of course .... Follow the step.1) Go to start, then run 2) type regedit 3) select HKEY_CURRENT_USER 4) select software then microsoft then windows then current version then policies and at last select system. On the right hand side double click on NoDispBackground and change the value o to 1''.I could find all that and at last selected sytem.but unfortunatly on the right hand side I couldn't find No DispBackground but -''ab'' default REG_SZ (value not set).any one to help me more?Id like to thank the guy who gave me the answer,but this way I can't give u stars..

I am 18. and I have been lookin up xxx web pgs. the computer keeps all pgs visited in a file on comp for records. but they can b deleted. i forgot hw to though. All i remem. is that u go to Run and type in what u wanna look in as far as folders and internet history. They are temporary files. But i dnt membr where in the cp they r and how to get them. help plz. just need to find the internt search history and it will show all pgs iv visited. so i can delete them. plz help. thx. There is a virus in computer. It creates a folder with .exe extention with the same name of the parent folder.
Deleting files have not helped. It is created again and again.
Do you know how to remove it.

If Yahoo allowed you to only accept e-mail from people in you address book wouldn't that stop spaming and junk e-mail? AOL has this option, why won't others? Is Yahoo colluding with spammers?

My boyfriend and I have similar set ups on our computers at the moment, both running without antivirus (his ran out and mine was not on the internet until recently. The problem is we both play World of Warcraft and when downloading patches his doesnt register a firewall, but mine does. The window's XP firewall isnt set up on either system, so why do I have a firewall and he doesnt?

A few days ago I was doing something and received an alert "do you want to allow this program to access the internet?" I thought it was a virus so I set it to "always block". Now, I can no longer access the internet without disabling norton antivirus internet security first.

Any idea how to reverse this & get internet access with the norton protection again?

I had problems with dialers, spyware & all that **** before so I don't want to go online wthout a good antivirus program.
