go to start, then control panel, then go to the date, time, language, and regional options button... in the left hand corner you will see a icon that says scheduled task, click that and when it brings you to the next screen click the add new task icon, after it loads click browse, then type the following command in the file name....

%windir%\system32\shutdown.exe

and hit enter.. and then choose which one you want to preform hit enter again, and type a password and your all done

Right click on the desktop. Properties. Screen saver. Energy Star - Power. Set the amount of time you would like for each setting.
