wen i log on to net i get hundreds of meesages from norton saying e mail i sent has been blocked cos it is spam but i havent sent any i have heard that other pcs can use yours as a rougue one to send out spam how do i stop it and remove it

If you are a computer newbie just backup all your data and format your PC, if you have some skills just have a search on google and you should be able to stop this

Get rid of norton. Use AVG free edition for virus, have a look at the web for free spam programme, I use spam pal. Use the windows XP firewall.
This costs nothing

suspect you may have a worm on your pc
get norton up todate and do a full scan
you may need a removal tool which you can get on morton site

first up, you may have a virus lurking in your PC. you should have it checked using an updated antivirus program.
