i am using Mcafee antivirus personal firewall protection

it is giving continuous warnings like

"A computer at IP Adress ...............has attempted an unsolicited connection to UDP port /TCP port (or something)...... on your system"

what i have to do now ?
how can i block this?
plz i need urgent answer plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz?

Holy Cow! I just unplugged Microsoft OneCare and was blown away by how much faster my PC became. I'm looking for a new Anti-Virus program. Please don't suggest Norton -- used them for years, but have sworn off Norton completely (if you have researched anti-virus programs you'll know about all the bad baggage Norton drags along with it).

I need to find antivirus program that doesn't make my PC run like molasass.

When someone sends you an email notifying you that a virus is being sent thru email and not to open it just delete it, how do you do that?? When I quickly click on an email and immediately hit delete doesn't that open it?? How do you delete without opening an email? Thanks
