I am quite sure that if you download Avast, free for personal home use that this virus will be removed with a full scan. Avast is out of Prague an I have used this antivirus program in two computers for nine plus years and never had one virus.
They are true state of the art technology with a background scanner that is light years ahead of any free or purchased. (The background scanners catches all virusus in real time and destroys or deletes them before they can enter your system.
The free version is the same as the corporte version. They just make corporate pay.
You will get with the free version, two or three times per day automiatic updates. Avast will ask you for your email address so they can send you a free key that is good for one year. After one year just request a new key. Always start the program from the blue ball with an "a" in the middle, on your tray at the bottom of your monitor. (Plus there are many other options to remove a really tough virus included with this program).
JUST REMEMBER THAT YOU CAN ONLY USE ONE ANTIVIRUS PROGRAM. SO TURN OFF THE ONE YOU HAVE IN YOUR SYSTEM WHILE YOU RUN AVAST. OTHERWISE YOU WILL HAVE CONFLICT WITH YOUR SYSTEM.

DO NOT DELETE that dll file. Sometimes software says you have a virus but it isn't really a virus. This happens a lot. Here is what you can do to find out for sure. If you go to this site and it shows your computer is clean, don't worry about it.
Go to http://www.trendmicro.com but use Internet Explorer as your browser. Run the online virus first and then it also has an online spyware scanner. It will remove it free without asking you to pay.
If it doesn't find anything you probably don't have a virus at all.
For example some software programs call Conferencing software viruses but they are not. But the virus program thinks it is because its trying to connect to the internet..
I did a search on the internet for ddcbccd.dll and did not find any virus of that name. Dll files are usually very important to run windows so don't delete it. Go to that site and run your scan on your computer and it takes about 1 hour to do it but you can work on your computer at the same time. Also go to this page here for free software that can help.

All of these are ones that I personally use and all are free.
AVG Removes I-Worm/Stration · BackDoor.Generic3.GBB and .GBC · Worm/Generic.FX · Exploit.WMF
http://free.grisoft.com/doc/5390/lng/us/tpl/v5
Spybot - Search & Destroy detects and removes spyware, a relatively new kind of threat not yet covered by common anti-virus applications. Spyware silently tracks your surfing behaviour to create a marketing profile for you that is transmitted without your knowledge to the compilers and sold to advertising companies. If you see new toolbars in your Internet Explorer that you haven't intentionally installed, if your browser crashes inexplicably, or if your home page has been "hijacked" (or changed without your knowledge), your computer is most probably infected with spyware. Even if you don't see the symptoms, your computer may be infected, because more and more spyware is emerging. Spybot-S&D is free, so there's no harm giving it a try to see if something has invaded your computer.

If the ones above dont work, then it may have to be removed in safe mode.
For Windows XP
If the computer is running it is best to shut down Windows and then turn off the power.
Begin by first clicking on the Start Button and then click on Turn Off Computer.
Now click on the Turn Off red colored icon to shut down your computer system.
It is best to wait between 15 to 30 seconds before you turn your system back on.
Turn on your computer and start tapping the F8 key on your keyboard.
Some Computers may display a keyboard error message if you begin tapping F8 too quickly.
Restart your computer again and begin tapping the F8 key a brief second or two later.
When the Windows Advanced Options Menu appears, Choose the Safe Mode option and hit Enter.
Windows will now boot your computer up in Safe Mode.

I suggest that you try to carryout system restore to a day previous to the day when there was no virus. The problem is likely to be solved. Then,You insatll a standard antivirus soft ware such as Norton, AVG , Avast ( free antivirus software and Ad-aware, Ewido ( free spyware removers). You can download free softwares at
