What can I do to resolve the VBS.Redolf.A? Norton 2006 can not do it and recommend to do it mannualy!!

I've been informed that, even if I clear my pc's history and delete temporary history files and cookies, there may still be hidden files kicking about my computer? If this is so, how do you locate these or delete them? Is there a program I can use, or can i do this manually (beaing in mind I'm not mega PC literate!)

My mother sent me some pictures of my nephew via attachment in an email. I have Adobe worksop and the pictures opened up with the use of that program. There are arrows below the picture that indicated more pictures I clicked on it and got a LOT of porm pictures. Were these porn pics sent from my mom's computer when she sent the baby's pictures or were these already on my computer and these new pictures were thrown in with them. Please only serious answers because my marriage maybe on the line if the porn pics came from my husband's downloading.

I WENT INTO MY LOG VIEWER IN THE NORTON ANITVIRUS AND IT SAYS IN ALERTS "UNAUTHORIZED LOG ACCESSED". WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? WHY CANT I FULLY DELETE P2PNETWORKS OFF MY COMPUTER? See,for protecting my computer i`ve got mcAfee security center. But privacy service was not running.It was disabled.My cousin enabled it and now everytime i try to open internet it needs the password.It`s really boring everytime i try to disable it but when i open another time the computer it`s still on.Probably,i think,it`s because when i disable it the little light goes yellow(temporary i think), when it`s enabled the light is green(on) but i can`t get to turn the little light red.I`m desperate,please help.And if i don`t sign in it doesn`t let me use internet,but it`s not comfortable.
The one that`s going to solve my problem will get 10 points,promise.(sorry for my english)

I was trying to get a serial number for my microsoft word cd,which case I had lost.

I went to a site called astalavista.com

and looked for one,I ended up d-loading a cd-key which was filled with malicious programs,I already got rid of one of it's components,but im still getting bad Spam....the current processes are named:pmsngr.exe and pmmon.exe

I had something like isamonitor.exe previously but I managed to rid my computer of it,now I can't kill the process and my software isn't picking this up...What Can I do delete this?????....thanks :D

The icon in the system tray is black and says "virus scan: Disabled". I open security center and click "enable" under virus scan but nothing happens.

I downloaded a bunch of windows updates (like wired magazine said to lol) and one came that says my computer isnt real (wtf?) its called "Windows Genuine Advantage Notifications/Windows Genuine Advantage Validation Tool" (there are two) and i can't get rid of them in the change/remove window (big surprise) Can anyone help me ?

ill scan it and quarantine them and delete em then do anohter scan 30 min later and there is more on there i dont get it. usually it happens when it starts to scan my C:/
