Some one keeps trying to take my email even though I have NEVER given my email out to any, not even my friends! How can I make it stop?

Can someone please tell me how to get rid of it. I've tried everything McAfee scan, Stinger, Ad-ware Spybot Search and Destroy and even Smitrem. It keeps coming up in the Adware scan (which I run everyday) I dosen't show up in task Manager either, if it does I don't know which procesess to kill. I'm tempted to get rid of all the BHO in the Hijackthis list but something tells me not to. Any ideas!

well what should i do specifically before reformatting my laptop? it has a norton but the baca bro virus won't make it work. i hate it. please help me. what are the disadvantages of reformatting and advantages? is it time consuming?

when deleting cookies, there is a long list of files, some say cookies some say other things. do i need to delete everyone of these files? also, deleting them one by one looks tedious, there are so many. if it has to be done, oh well.

I am running AVG 7.1 professional Anti-Virus Program. It has been scanning for almost two hours and I am so alarmed, as it shows dozens and dozens of Results/Infections: Potentially harmful program DialerBZP. I have gone into the 'path' it indicates, C:WINDOWS3 but don't know where to find this dialer. I have also looked at my 'show other connections' and all it shows is my network connection, orangeanytime. Could someone tell me how I locate this dialer and get rid of it? It's now up 45 infected objects which also lists loads of a virus called Obfuskated??? Help!

Not unlike most people, I have a bulk mail box filled with junk mail from people I've never heard of. Then there's my regular mail box, which also gest more than its share of junk mail. I realize I can eliminate some of them by opening each and every
e-maill and un-subscribe to it. However....
If I have a spam type operation available on my Yahoo. system how do I access it!
And if it's already ''working" why do I have a ton of junk mail in my regular box, and 3 tons of junk mail in my "bulk" mail box, what' the difference and how do I start making my spam blocker work for me?
