The removal process is lengthy and complicated, but it's spelled out at this website:

Update adaware se again and scan again. U'll be able 2 remove it. I had the same problem, apparently, updating did the trick. Not sure enough bcoz i had deleted a couple of wallpapers i got from group emails. Give it a try . Also try scanning in safe mode(press F8 continuously during start up) Spywares, adwares and viruses are most vulnerable in safe mode.
Maybe u are getting bargainbuddy from a typical site. Once u remove it,the next visit 2 the site might've been giving u the infection. It is highly probable that u got bargainbuddy through email. Did u recieve any emails with nice pics which u put as wallpaper or copied 2 your wallpaper folder?? I think that was the source of my bargainbuddy infection. I removed the wallpaper got by one of the yahoo group mails and updated adaware se and scanned. So remove if u have saved something like that recently. I guess thats another probability coz spywares can take advantage of embedded html . In that case identify the email. Also clear cache ( temporary internet files and cookies) to make sure there is no backup of the thing.

you can also try another adware or spyware remover. Different ones do different things well. I use ewido as my backup to adaware
