my yahoo account has been hacked, mahyajoon@yahoo.co.uk, i have been suffering and i havnt had any help atall from yahoo and i need my account to be deleted but i cannot even sign in to my yahoo account to delete the ID. HELP!

Just don't use the account and Yahoo! will deactivate it.
Get yourself a new account but make sure you don't give out details to anyone ... ANYONE (apart from your email address, of course). When you've activated a new account and signed in, you have the option of changing your password.
Go to My Account (you'll need to sign in again to ensure that it's you that's accessing the account) and select change password. Make sure you select a password that's not easy for people to guess. (Use uppercase and lowercase letters, and include symbols such as @+~#&^*%$£).
I'm surprised that Yahoo! themselves couldn't offer this information.

It didn't get hacked. You gave your password away somewhere, you idiot. You probably went to some porn site, gave them your e-mail address and used the same password for that site as you used for your e-mail.
