First of all, you should tell other people that use your computer to NOT GO THERE.
I also recommend that you go to http://www.mozilla.com and get FireFox. This browser is less susceptible to SpyWare and Adware. Use FireFox for most of your browsing. (I do).
You should have an anti-spyware solution on your computer. I recommend that you go to http://www.download.com and get AD-AWARE and SpyBot Search & Destory. Install, run, update and scan your computer with both programs.
This double whammy will help keep you safe and running faster

I assume that you mean porn.
1. An easy way is to change your email address every year.
2. Get software or service to filter your email.
I use POBOX.COM, a service. It is an email filtering and forwarding service and has worked very well for me these past 8 years. The cost is only $20USD per year. You don't have to be in USA to use it as I was in Denmark when I first started. Every day I check the email message of my POBOX's list of filtered emails to see if they filtered something they should not have filtered. If I find one, I have it sent to me. Easy.

Firstly. Avoid all porn sites like it is the plague! Don't download it which i'm sure your not. Set your security settings a little higher. Get a good pop up blocker and a good spyware blocker. And This should help greatly.

I don't know what pron is, but I am thinking it might be on my computer as well...oh dear...
Simple suggestion - if you don't want porn on your computer, don't view it. Just like if you don't want fat on your body, don't put it in your mouth.

Install Panda antivirus security its a comprehensive security package of antivirus, internet security and anti malware. You can configure the firewall too by clicking the sites catagories like Porn, gambling, weapons, education etc.

Only download stuff from trustable sites. Porn and spyware are usually attached to installers for screensavers and such.
