ip hidders make hid your ip
if you are in Us it may make web sites think you are in China or somewhere
it assigns you a random ip

most ip hidders don't work with mozilla firefox but work with internet explorer if you need a good ip hidder i can give you on with a patch/ crack again it only works with internet explore (IE ) email me and i would send you through an attachment .

yea they work.. you can go on any site and browse around with them for free but to do any interactive things like log on you have to pay a small memebrship fee usually 9.95 a month or somwething ( some sites / most) i did log on photobucket with guardster.com but couldnt upload pictures..

they work because there was a site that had banned me from chatting for some reason ( it was a lil html chat box on the front page of some website layout site no log on) when i came back with guardster.com anonymous IP broswer i got on fine.. so the site obvioulsy couldnt detect my I.P the way it was banning my computer from chatting

Yes they do. They work routing your calls through a proxy server.
You can find a list of free proxy servers at http://www.checker.freeproxy.ru/checker/last_checked_proxies.php
Also you can search the net for "free proxy servers". If the proxy is anonymous it will completely hide you ip address. The page you are visiting will see only the proxy's address.

No, you could not cover your outbound IP from router. in case you want to cover your IP, hit upon a server working an outdated version of ftp and direction by that with an ftp leap. that isn't guard you from tracing in view that somebody can merely examine the server logs, even though it may cover your authentic IP from people who want to hit you with exploits.

They work fine. But if you're thinking of doing anything illegal, the proxy operators WILL provide your details if confronted with a subpoena.
