My file is 940k and I need to resize it so that it is under 100k with a max of 128x128pixels. This is gobledegook to me.

Ok, everything I try to open is taking forever. I have a laptop with the mouse pad and it has a scroll on the mouse pad and even that is taking forever, there aren't any viruses since ive scanned my computer, and there arent a lot of programs running. Ive had a lot more running before and it was a lot faster. Can someone please help me figure out what to do.

Ok since i got a better understanding of the two i lowered my memory to 1gb so i could spend more on my hardive so dell is asking me to choose:
120GB 5400RPM SATA Hard Drive [subtract $88]
80GB 7200RPM SATA Hard Drive [subtract $48]
100GB 7200RPM SATA Hard Drive [Included in Price]
200GB 4200rpm SATA Hard Drive [add $120 or $4/month1]

like i said before i love to make graphics and i like multiple windows up so with 1gb of memory which hardrive should i choose. also whats rpm mean? and what does that mean for my laptop?

Im on the dell site and I just choose 2gb worth of memory but now its asking the amount of hardrive that I want. and it also says "gb" so whats the difference. I know the hardrive is where programs are store so whats the memory?

i have a cd, i tried to save it to the computer like i have done in the past...i couldnt save it so i clicked on "rip" and all the songs say "ripped to library". so if the were copied to a library how the hell do i get the songs???

I'm getting a laptop for my 18th birthday and I know it will be mainly used for graphics and internet, so what would be a good amount of memory and what not. What company do you recommend because I've heard stories of these cheap laptops but no memory. So how much is too little? Any advice you could give on a good computer would be great

I have Emachine T2542 and I just bought new Emachine T3504. I want to use T2542s hard disk as master disk of new T3504 and new hard disk as slave. I did all hardware part(change jumper setting and set bios as auto detect.....) but computer(windows) is not starting.
What should I do?

Our HP a1250n, purchased Dec 05, works relatively well, but when put into hibernate mode (not standby), it wakes itself up at random times -- pretty much each morning when I get up and each evening, when I come home from work, it's turned itself back on. Is this a BIOS problem? Ideas?

I have a mac g5 computer, usually if i fill a dvd project to its full capacity( 120 minutes), and burn it..it takes something like 3 hours to burn. My DVD burner in the G5( as it came shipped) is
SONY DVD RW DW-U10A. And when i burn in toast, the fasted speed of burning i can get with this is 4X.
But 3 hours for a simple DVD is too much to wait. anyway to make it faster? Toast burns VOB files really fast, like a whole dvd of VOB files only would burn in less than 5 minutes. But i dont have VOBs, i have MOV and mp4 so it needs encoding, while VOBs are already encoded so they don't need alot of time. What to do?
I'm in mac os x 10.4.6

i keep getting this pop up that says a new certificate has arrived for channel 'compaq Connections' it will be used fto digitally sign the channel's contents. Do you wish to accept this certificate?
Than it say's more but to much to type but i think maby thats enough..im sry..any help?

the cd player says its playing, and the time ticks by etc, but no sound at all. It plays on the pc fine, just not on a proper cd player.
