Are you supposed to run your antivirus or spyware while you are connected to internet (online) or when your not online?

Why do you or should you do it in safe mode?

You will hurt your computer if you do NOT run your antivirus or antispyware software while surfing!!!
Internet: THAT's where viri and spyware come from, girly......
Safe mode is only for repairing Windows (and the like) if it breaks.

You can run it either way. Does not matter.
The virus scanner is always running in the background, especially when you are on the Internet.
