Windows XP should be able to offload the photos without the easyshare software installed. I use my Kodak camera without the easyshare software installed.

if the above answers don't work, try this;
Open MY COMPUTER.
Right clk or dbl clk on the camera listed (bottom of list on left). See what options you get there. You should get the Camera and Scanner Wizard which will let you dl your pics.
If that is no help, contact a Kodak camera dealer (or ask at any store that sells digital cameras) Maybe on www.kodak.com there will be a link for 'help'.

hook the USB cable into ur USB port and u shouldn't need the software I use carel photoshop or somthing like that to downlaod my pix! good luck!

you need software or driver files to download pics from camara unless you are using win xp. may be you can install the following driver files

just plug the cable to your pc. it should be plug-and-play. no need to install any program if u use windowsXP.
or u can also use a card reader.
