Yes, just be sure to shut it down the proper way, as I hope you always do (some people really don't know anything about computers) which is using the shut down button from the Start menu. Then just unplug the main source & also make sure your internet connection is unplugged. I wish I could go on a 3 month holiday! Have fun!

is is best to unplug it some one came on Q&A ask for help coz they went away never unplug
the computer it was off but the power was still going to it when they came home they said the pc would not start up so they took it to be fix they was told coz of a power cut & the power compnay trying to put the power back on kill there pc the power was on off on off

Of course. Plug out the phone or network cables too because you might get a power surge through these.

there is no problem doing so, But when you come back the battery back up that runs the internal clock may have died and you will have to replace the batteries, if yours are not rechargable, and reset your clock when you return. Besides that no harm, no foul

you should unplug your computer because if there are any storms, your cpu will not be harmed.
