Hello

I have 2 large lists of ip addresses like this

125.245.19.253
125.63.70.4
131.171.46.254
148.233.184.205
159.148.229.4
163.28.146.2
193.95.103.190

I am searching a way to find for ip addresses duplicates between my 2 lists..
Which is the best and fast way to do that ?

is their, an easy way, to tell if emails are , coming from a computer, in the house, as opposed to one, in an internet cafe..how do you know..how can you tell ...also how can one ascertain how long an individual has had an email address for. how do you find that out..?? cheers

i want to find a site where i can post photos and the occasional short video about my personal life and surroundings, so that friends and family can view it (people whom i tell about it first). Youtube is good, but more for videos for public viewing and ratings etc. Can anyone help? Would this be known as a blog site? help i'm not very technical. thank you.

Running Win98SE, never had this problem with Gateway monitor but getting the error from time to time with MAG Innovision. I'm not sure if I need to adjust the settings or smack the damn monitor around to get it to work right. When the error happens the computer does NOT reboot, it stays running but the monitor displays the error and doesn't 'recover'. Not sure if it is even able to recover of it there is a way to fix it without rebooting. I'm a chick, I am not a techie .. any help would be greatly appreciated. The life you save may just be that of my monitor.

using windows xp. my music files used to be automatically sorted into folders according to artists, but now every time i download a music file, it doesn't get sorted into a folder. any suggestions much appreciated thx

When I run Windows Disk Defragmenter this message appears :
Disk defragmenter has detected that Chkdsk is scheduled to run on the volume (C:). Please run Chkdsk /f. and when I run Chkdsk /f it says: Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N).
I press Y > Enter and when the PC restarts nothing happens.
I got Win XP Pro and NTFS.
Help!
Or if there is any FREE defragment program please place a link to it.

I have a Plam TX and I want to use it to check sport score (MLB, NBA..etc). How can i configure my PDA so the score can be updated live as the game being played? Not refresh bottom, but I want to know if JAVA can be installed like I do in my PC/

saying "No such file or directory". These useless stuff are actually scrolling the display too fast the real search results are not visible. Apart from having root access in the first place, as an ordinary user, how to make the find command stop the empty junk that it displays as "No such file or directory"? I have already checked the man pages.

I have a 4 port usb hub connected to my computer.
3 ports have computer equipment attached whils the fourth has a ethernet to usb network adaptor attached.
I now want to connect a second ethernet adaptor .
Is there a hub which has both usb and ethernet slots? if not could someone please tell me how to connect the second ethernet attachment I do not have any ehternet connections on my computer only usb 2.0 ports. Thanks

I have a Linux server and my log files are gzipped like so:
username.Aug-2006.gz
username.Sep-2006.gz
If I used SSH to log in and I wanted to watch my logs live what command would I use? I have read that "tail -f" would work for uncompressed logs. Is this possible with compressed logs?

Thanks to all who answered our question. The fact of the matter is our hard drive died & only 2 months old. This computer was a Mercury brand and be assured ,never again. We have now purchased a much better quality unit
