burn your own with limewire etc, if you want to buy in bulk pre burned with covers, kuala lumper malaysia is a good place to start looking, there are numerous pirate factories, minimum order about 200,000 units though

well if you were in my country (philippines) , you can buy any pirated cds from software, to games, movies and porn! in any mall here, bridges and market like divisoria, but if you are in foreign country like US pirated cds are really hard to find, my cousin in US said to me you can find cds from urban areas especially in some hidden places, but be careful it is also a place for robbers and rapist! Why would you BUY pirated CDs? Isn't the whole point of piracy so that you don't have to pay?
