I have a cheap Dell that has only PCI slots. Is there ANY PCI cards that will run BF2? I have an ATI 9200, and it is "not compatible".

I've owned this game for over a year and would really like to play it sometime....

Of course there are thousands of AGP and PCI-E cards available, but not one single PCI card that will work???!!!

Has anyone else bought a dell dj ditty mp3 player and found it to be not worth the money at all? I purchased one for my son and have had to have it replaced under the warrenty that I paid extra for about 3 or 4 times now and a year isnt even up since I purchased it. The sad thing is I paid extra for the warrenty and they replace it with a refurbished unit everytime. What good is paying extra for a warrenty when you dont even get a new unit to replace it??? Am I the only one who feels that is unfair?

What else could i do to fix it?
Is it fixable?
Would it be worth paying $50 to get some 1 in to look at it when we can just by a DVD burner for $100.
Are DVD burners easy to install.

Thanks

Hi all..
I have a BenQ DW1650..its good at burning single layer DVDs but it produces around 1850 PIF errors for DL discs

I use Mitsubishi DL DVDs..MKM 001

I heard the LG burners are better at burning DL Discs..

So..I have 2 questions..
1. Is the DL disc which I burnt with DW1650 (with 1850 PIF errors) a good burn?

2. Is there any good DL burners?

Thanks!

I recently had a new slave drive installed on my computer but have decided to make the new slave drive the master and the current master the slave. I found these directions online but need a little more detail. Hook up the new HD as the slave. Use the installation disk that came with it and transfer/copy the entire drive (old) to the new HD. Disconnect the HD's and install the new HD as the master. Now what I need to know is exactly how do I transfer the old HD contents to the new one? The new one is set as the slave right now. And I want to hook the old one up as the slave so should I erase its contents at a certain time or just leave them on there? I have the disk for the new one only. I'm running Win 2000 Pro. Any more details or advice is greatly appreciated.

Next day I buy BF2 and then I install it and run it. Its not running then I check the graphic card and suddenly the ATI X300 just dissapperaed! How is this frickin possible?

This started when I installed a Trendnet Gigabit NIC on my HP a1120n desktop with AMD 64 3500+. My onboard NIC kept dropping connections and failing after I installed a EVGA 6600gt video card and an EVGA Tv tuner. I also upgraded my power supply to a 450 watt power supply. Tech support at HP and COMPUSA couldn't find out what was wrong with the onboard NIC so I decided to buy and install a new one. Now, I do not get dropped connections but whenever I download files especially installation files, windows updates (sometimes), RAR, ZIP, EXE files, I always have trouble like in the case of RAR and ZIP files, it says corrupted archive or something. I tried downloading via my laptop and then transfered the file via network and it would still fail on my desktop.

Please help!

Thanks!
