The current favorite is called PSX2 - found at http://www.pcsx2.net/ - download a trial ... havent used it myself but seems to be the most developed so far.

There are Ps2 emulators out there...there was a big one a few years ago that Sony took to court to get an injunction. I think they won...they stopped making it and I can't remember the name of it.
Doubtful you will find an Xbox 360 emulator...Microsoft were very careful with the deisgn of the Xbox. It doesn't run on standard PC tye architecture..and they are constantly updating the hardware and software in an attempt to stop people cracking the system to run Pirate games and finding a one hit wonder to break it's other security systems...

No, because they have different format of some sort. They can't be read by the computer and thus making it impossible to play it (on PC) The xbox 360 ones on the other hand have a sort of dvd format but if you insert it to the computer, it will request to be inserted to the Xbox 360 console so you can't play it either

You should be able to find what's called an emulator on the internet somewhere. You can certainly get tem for old machines - might be harder for newer ones. I'd suggest using google to do a search for PS2 or Xbox emulators.

You would have to buy some extra equipment but yes you could but it is better to play the games on their original console
