My USB pen drive just crashed. I can see it on My Computer but there are no files inside nor can i put any files on it. I have three years of work on that USB pen drive. PLEASE HELP !!

Are you remembering to click on the icon in the tray for USB connected devices, and stopping the drive before you unplug it? Hot-swapping can cause all manner of data-loss on flash drives.
I'm afraid that if your pen-drive is showing no files, then you have lost them.
You did make backups of 3 years worth of very important work though? You didn't ?? Oh no.....
Here is a mantra: 'I must backup my data, I must backup my data... etc.

Next time back up your pen drive, they don't last forever. There no way to back up a flash memory if it "dead".
