Some cheap CDs break at large speeds because of the resistance of the material their support is made of. It simply can't support the centrifugal force produced by the rotation and breaks.
If more CDs are breaking in your drive after they ran OK on others, your drive might have a slight mechanical problem and bends the CD when grips it.

because a CD rotates inside the drive at pretty high speed...

lets say around 6000 rpm... the circumference of a cd is a bit less than 40 cm... that means each point on the rim of the cd moves at 6000*40=240.000 cm/min... or 144km/h or 90mph... in a small circle... that puts a lot of strain on the material. now if it is of low quality or maybe already damaged, it may break and the thing about CDs is this: they dont just split... they practically explode... try breaking an old CD with your hands... but use gloves, for te shards can really cut you badly... and you get pieces flying around inside your drive with... exactly... 90 miles per hour... that usually kills the drive. thnakfully this doesnt happen often... i personally know only one person who had it happen to him... it did, i saw the drive... and heard telling about one more... so you can feel pretty safe.
just dont mess with your CDs... like putting unbalancing labels on them, or bending them unduely...

it will only break if the quality of the CD is too low and the rotating speed of the CD player is very high about 6500 rpm

Simple. If it keeps running, it will get tired. So it breaks and rests.
