I have no idea what I did with my laptop but the image is now flipped on to its side. I have to physically pick up my laptop and turn it on its side just so I can properly read the screen.
Does anybody know what I might have done and how I can possibly fix it?

I have DSL so the internet is fast when hook the computer up to an ethernet cord. But when the internet connects wirelessly, its so slow... any theories or suggestions why my computer is reacting like this?

It is also only 20 meters down the hall from the router.

i bought a hp laptop a cople of weeks ago..i cant get it to play music videos on yahoo or aol or anywhere...but it will play videos from myspace and on certain other websites..any suggestions on how to fix it. it also say my audio mixer is not detected when i try to do voice chat??

no boys and girls I have tried my old battery and does work ,so my charger and everithing else work,I think is the battery the problem(its just 5 weeks old,was working fine and after got stuck on 57% chargind and I think is dead now.Thank to all for the ansueres,they really help,but now I think have to fight to get the battery replaced,because the company that sold it to me doesn't respond to my E mails much.....Thanks to all!!!!

does it run quickly and efficiently? any problems? would you recommend getting something else rather than the apple or is that good? becuase i want to get an apple laptop for college becuase basically i like the way it looks but dont want to sacrifice quality for looks. thanks!

I have a HP dv4000 and my textured scroll on the mousepad suddenly stopped working. I can still use my mouse ro use the pointer, but I can't use the scroll to move up and down. When I hook up my wireless mouse the scroll works fine so I don't know what the problem is. When I go into the control panel the option for the scroll does not show up.

I think that my iBook G4 is running a bit slower. I bought it 7 months ago. I think that it has a virus or something. I dont have any software or antivirus installed.

Do Macs get viruses? Or spyware?
What should I do?
What software should I install?
Where will I get that software?

I cant seem to upload Videos anymore to YouTube from my MacBook.
I got it today.
I uploaded one with no prob..but now I get a error message from Safari and it just sets on 'upload' with FireFox

I just recieved a laptop to use for business while I am traveling. I am supposed to find out if it is capable of the work I need to do on it. How do I check if my computer has a lot of memory, is fast enough and will be able to open big applications and still perform? And when I check these things, what do the abreviations mean?

I want it to not "click" when I simply touch the "mouse"... I just want to use the buttons to click.. It's really annoying cause sometimes when I'm typing, I touch the "mouse" and it clicks somewhere else...

I am starting to look at laptops. I receive a 15% discount on HP laptops through my employer. I will be using the computer for school and internet applications primarily. I need something that can handle multiple internet applications at a time (AOL, Y!M, a few firefox tabs) without really being slowed down. I am trying to get something under $500 total after my 15% discount and shipping, and I need a wireless internet connection (we already have a router).

I'm getting frustrated because people at the store keep trying to sell me things I don't need... I don't need a widescreen laptop, I don't need to burn DVDs, and I can't get through to HP since it's their busy season. Any suggestions?

Connectors for both Serial ATA on laptop and Desktop are the same. What worries me is the electrical input. Is it the same for 3.5 drives as for 2.5 " drives ???
