laptop battery?

no boys and girls I have tried my old battery and does work ,so my charger and everithing else work,I think is the battery the problem(its just 5 weeks old,was working fine and after got stuck on 57% chargind and I think is dead now.Thank to all for the ansueres,they really help,but now I think have to fight to get the battery replaced,because the company that sold it to me doesn't respond to my E mails much.....Thanks to all!!!!

What company is it?

Id keep trying to contact them.. call em.. email em.. email em with a different email address..

they SHOULD replace it.
