Why can I not upload videos to YouTube from my new MacBook CoreDuo?

I cant seem to upload Videos anymore to YouTube from my MacBook.
I got it today.
I uploaded one with no prob..but now I get a error message from Safari and it just sets on 'upload' with FireFox

What does the Safari error message say? Also, are you making sure you stick to YouTube's formatting guidelines for uploaded videos?
